Our good friend Philip Markle gifted Jen and Erica with a bottle of RumChata, with the not-very-encouraging message “this is the worst thing ever”. Undaunted, and propelled by Erica’s love of horchata–the Mexican rice water and cinnamon drink–they crack open the bottle and give it a try.
